What can you use itsu reward vouchers on?

Rewards are for itsu restaurants in the UK only. They cannot be used on delivery apps, on itsu grocery products in supermarkets, or during the half price period before closing.

The free meal excludes alcohol, sharing platters, bundles and breakfast items. The free drink excludes coffee, tea and matcha. Vouchers last 90 days and you can use one per transaction, says itsu's loyalty FAQ.

Does itsu do a student or NHS discount?

Yes. itsu gives students and NHS workers 15% off in its restaurants through the app. Register with an .ac.uk or nhs.uk email address.
